Creating social media content to celebrate the launch of ‘The Yoga Birdy’, by Clodagh Mason
Shot in the heart of Dublin city at D-Light Studios, Sarah worked with yoga instructor, Clodagh Mason, to create content for the launch of her new yoga business. Clodagh came to Sarah wanting to create a series of both still images and video content that she could use on her new Instagram page to promote her upcoming classes.
Sarah’s approach was one that looked at creating content that Clodagh could use over and over again in different ways. From capturing her pre-yoga flow ritual to a yoga flow, Sarah filmed and photographed Clodagh in her element. Sarah added her own creative flare to the edits. The content created was then optimized for Instagram.
